Congratulations to Elly Choi (1C), Helia Fok (1C), Bertha Lee (1C), Gianna Man (1C), Serene Poon (1C), and Sophie Lor (1D) on being the Second Runner-up in Health School Project Competition 2023-2024—Healthy Lifestyle in School (Junior Team), organised by Hong Kong Tuberculosis, Chest and Heart Diseases Association.

The team’s project theme was ‘Insufficient Physical Activity among Hong Kong Secondary School Students (香港中學生運動量不足)’. The students conducted a series of talks for their Form One schoolmates to increase their awareness of the importance of exercise in February 2024. They then organised a Sports Week in March 2024 to motivate students throughout the entire school to become more active and energetic. On 11 May 2024, the team delivered a 15-minute interactive presentation before the judges and other finalists, earning the recognition of Second Runner-up.
