‘Treehole@MCS’ was co-organised by the Speech Therapist and the Student Support Committee. It was held at lunch time on 7 & 23 November 2023, 8 January, 7 March, and 17 May 2024.

A booth introducing different emotions was set up. Participants were encouraged to express their recent feelings by answering some questions and putting their response notes into a tree-shaped collection box. They may also write their feelings down on some leaf/flower-shaped paper and stick them to the ‘tree’ on the movable display board. The programme aroused students’ awareness of their own emotions and how to relieve their pressure.
