On 15 October 2025, Mr Robert Ferguson, wildlife photographer and author of Wildcreatures Hong Kong, captivated the students with his stunning photography, showing them that they need not go deep into the jungle to see nature. He talked about the vibrant biodiversity thriving in our city’s concrete jungle. His talk inspired the girls to look beyond the high-rises and embrace the role of citizen scientists, showing that anyone can document and protect Hong Kong’s unique wildlife. He also brought some exotic species and invited some participants to touch them gently, sparking curiosity and affection for the wildlife.
