Our school successfully hosted Smileys’ Week x Bad Day Café on 29–30 April 2026, in partnership with the Caritas Family Crisis Support Centre. The event emphasised that ‘bad days’ are passing experiences, encouraging students to maintain a resilient outlook during temporary setbacks. Students explored healthy coping mechanisms through various activities, including a gashapon machine, a communal gratitude wall, and booth games hosted by the Smileys. These initiatives provided Maryknollers with practical tools to handle life’s challenges. The event fostered a supportive atmosphere, empowering students to face difficulties with confidence and grace.
