F.4 Mindfulness & Stress Management Workshops

Mindfulness stretching was introduced to all F.4 students as a tool for stress management. Through simple breathing and stretching exercises, students practised how to be mindful of one’s emotions and how to activate the calming responses in their bodies when experiencing stress or anxiety. Through the class-based workshops, students were guided to appreciate the beauty of focusing on the present, being non-judgmental, and connecting to oneselves.
