On 17 April 2026 (Friday), we gathered in the school hall for the Easter Prayer Service. To celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, our teachers demonstrated their musical talents, performing for us 'See What a Morning'.

The Biblical reading taken from the Gospel of Luke recounted the encounter between the risen Jesus and two of His disciples on the road to Emmaus. Though the disciples were weighed down by grief, Christ drew near and walked alongside them, revealing Himself in the breaking of bread.

Much like Christ's quiet companionship on the road to Emmaus, Dr Justina Lau, an experienced doctor at Haven of Hope Sister Annie Skau Holistic Care Centre, spoke of her own journey of walking alongside cancer patients through their darkest moments. Her words reminded us that even in the darkest of times, hope and faith can sustain us.
