Congratulations to our school’s Chinese Debate Team for winning the first runner-up in the Hong Kong Inter-School Debate Challenge 2023 Grand Finals (香港學界辯論挑戰賽2023總決賽) held on 3 September 2023. The motion was ‘The field to which Hong Kong youths should devote themselves is XXX’ (現今香港青年最應該投身XXX). The debate competition lasted for a grueling six hours. In addition to preparing eight main arguments and counterarguments, the debaters had to attentively listen to the arguments presented by the opposing teams too. We are proud of the team’s achievement and confident that they will achieve greater heights.
